CLFP Expo and Showcase is centrally located in Sacramento allowing for a broad attendance from processing facilities throughout the region. The show is geared specifically to California's fruit and vegetable processing industries. The CLFP Expo and Showcase of Processed Foods will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center.

Tuesday, January 30
7:00 am - 4:00 pm Registration Open

Wednesday, January 31
7:30 am - 2:00 pm Registration Open
9:00 am - 2:00 pm Tradeshow Exhibit Hours

The 2007 exhibition is expected to highlight the following subjects and hot topics:

  • The latest technology and virtually every product or service necessary in the food processing industry.
  • Expanded emphasis on the organic and fresh-cut industries.
  • Pavilions focusing on energy, regulatory issues, energy and sustainable processes.
  • Showcase sample display - showing of the diversity and quality of California grown and processed foods.
  • Tasting Pavilion where attendees can sample a variety of "CLFP prepared foods".

GEA Filtration will feature various membrane filtration systems for the juice industries. GEA Filtration will also highlight ways to reduce wastewater streams via membrane filtration. GEA Filtration will exhibit on booth #414 together with GEA Process Engineering Inc. and Niro Soavi North America.
