  This track will showcase the efforts of food industry, academia and government to create a more sustainable food supply. • Food Processing & Packaging

• Product Development
  This track will highlight primary aspects of the development and introduction of food product innovation to the marketplace. Included are consumer research, product innovation procedures and related business information, and technical aspects of product development.
