In-house fabrication shop, large technical support team, complete systems or individual components, Small retrofits to complete plants, engineering feasibility studies, spare parts..

Enhancing the economics of whey permeate powder! The Tixotherm™ Process is an economical system for production of non-hygroscopic whey permeate powder that retains granular fluidity even in very humid conditions. The product is easy to ship and ideal for sale as a supplement for animal feed. The advantages of the Tixotherm Process over traditional spray-drying methods are:

  • Lower capital investment.
  • Lower energy consumption.
  • Reduced space requirement. The Tixotherm Process optimizes the drying of whey permeate by eliminating the energy-intensive crystallization processing step and the tall spray dryer that are required by prior technology.

GEA Liquid Processing (the process integration and engineering activities of Tuchenhagen North America)

Will demonstrate its capabilities in process integration with special emphasis on the integration of Niro components into complete process lines. Various automation screens and systems will also be displayed.

GEA Evaporation Technologies
